Every Emotiongift.com gift bouquet is personally hand delivered by an industry expert, and we make each effort to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Most of our products can be shipped the same day. In order to assure same day delivery, orders must be placed before 1:30 PM, Mon-Sun only. Orders received or got after the mentioned time may be delivered/ shipped the following day. In case, if any dispute takes place at the course of delivery, proof of delivery will be required.

Apologetically, we are unable to guarantee time of shipping to rural route hotels, addresses, military bases, hospitals or cemeteries. To request a particular delivery time, please type it into the 'special instructions' field during checkout and we will do our best to hold your choices.

Prior to major holidays we recommend you that you place an order at least 5 days in advance. Express delivery goods may not be shipped along with courier products or items. Emotiongift.com in juxtaposition with our service providers will endeavor to deliver a product on the requested delivery day. You accept that requested shipping dates are non-binding estimates only & that you have no claim against Emotiongift.com for early deliveries or any delay. We reserve the right to make shipping in installments that shall not help you from your obligation to accept & pay for remaining deliveries. Our allied service providers do not make a call prior to delivering packages, and we cannot promise the time of delivery. All products and goods are believed accepted upon our shipping of the product to you or your chosen recipient's address.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
For national buyers, orders are shipped as well as delivered through registered national courier companies and/or national speed post only. Orders are delivered within 15 working-days or as per the delivery date fixed at the time of order confirmation & delivering of the delivery subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Emotiongift.com is not accountable for any delay in shipment by the Courier Company or postal authorities and just guarantees to hand-over the consignment to the postal authorities or Courier Company within 15 working days from the date of the order as well as payment or as per the delivery date fixed at the time of order-confirmation.

Shipment of all orders will be to registered address of the purchaser as per the credit or debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). Emotiongift.com is in no way liable for any damage to the order while in transit to the purchaser.
