Refund and returns
For return & refund of any purchases please mail us on email@example.com
- 1. The return products should be in same condition (quality and quantity) which is sent by us.
- 2. Only Courier charges will be deducted on returns .
- 3. The remaining amount is credited to emotiongift account.
- Once credited into your emotiongift account, emotiongift credits cannot be exchanged for cash, or credit into your card or netbanking account.
- 4. Flowers and cakes can not be cancelled or refunded.
- 5. We shall be unable to return or exchange the following items, unless these are returned in original and sealed packaging : all electronic items & appliances, fine jewellery, perfumes, media (CD/DVDs) watches, wines, confectionery, and gift cards. Any personalized/ altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
