1. The return products should be in same condition (quality and quantity) which is sent by us.
2. Only Courier charges will be deducted on returns .
3. The remaining amount is credited to emotiongift account.
Once credited into your emotiongift account, emotiongift credits cannot be exchanged for cash, or credit into your card or netbanking account.
4. Flowers and cakes can not be cancelled or refunded.
5. We shall be unable to return or exchange the following items, unless these are returned in original and sealed packaging : all electronic items & appliances, fine jewellery, perfumes, media (CD/DVDs) watches, wines, confectionery, and gift cards. Any personalized/ altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
